When considering the ownership or care of an Arya Mehr item, you might have several questions. We’ve addressed some of the enquires below.

Orders & shipping

Where are Arya Mehr products manufactured?

The Arya Mehr leather goods collections are exclusively produced in our workshops located in France, Spain, Italy and the United States.

Manufacturing of our footwear and ready-to-wear collections takes place in France and Italy. Our sunglasses are exclusively made in France and Italy.

In all our workshops, the choice of the finest materials, the experience of our craftsmen and the extreme care devoted to each phase of the manufacturing of our items perpetuate and renew our tradition of excellence and refinement.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We are pleased to offer complimentary next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm with Timeslot Concierge Delivery and UPS Express for all UK postcodes except Isles and the Highlands, subject to availability.

Exceptions:
• Orders arriving from regional warehouses and with products in backorder can experience longer delivery times

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery of your item! 

Returns and exchanges for items purchased online from the website can be made online

All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on. 

Refunds:
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the receipt of your item(s). Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.

Exceptions:
No returns and exchanges are accepted for personalised items.

Which payment methods do you accept?

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured. The Arya Mehr website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Arya Mehr does not keep any credit card information.

Will I be affected by customs costs?

There are no customs costs. We continue to offer complimentary delivery and returns.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, visit the My Orders tab in your MyAM account, where one of the following statuses will be displayed:

Order Status

• Submitted: your order was submitted successfully, but it has not yet been accepted


• Pending order validation: your order is currently under review


• Order in preparation: your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch


• Shipped: your order has been shipped and is on its way to your specified delivery address


Please note you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is submitted. If your order is then accepted, the next e-mail you will receive will contain your shipping information.

What should I do if the product I want is unavailable online?

When looking at a product on our website, you may find that is it not available to order.

If the "Contact an Advisor" button appears we invite you to contact our Client Services, where our client advisors will be delighted to assist you further.

If the "Notify Me When Available" button appears, you may opt to be e-mailed when the item you are looking for is back in stock. Please note that opting in for this notification is not a reservation. Availability of the item you are interested in cannot be guaranteed.

Can I purchase Arya Mehr products at a discount?

Arya Mehr never discounts its products. Arya Mehr items advertised as discounted on the Web are invariably fake. All our products are exclusively sold on Arya Mehr's official website www.aryamehr.co.uk

Where can I buy authentic Arya Mehr products?

Arya Mehr products are sold exclusively in Arya Mehr stores, through our official website aryamehr.co.uk. Shopping through Arya Mehr's exclusive distribution network is the only way to ensure your Arya Mehr product is authentic.

Does my item have a guarantee?

All Arya Mehr products are designed to meet the highest demands, reflecting Arya Mehr's heritage. Given sufficient care, all products should last for many years. 

While we do not provide a warranty for most of our products, we do provide Care Services for all of our products.

I have forgotten my account password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?”. An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Should you encounter any issues, our Client Services advisors will be delighted to assist you.

Can I make changes or delete my account on aryamehr.co.uk?

Arya Mehr offers you the possibility to update and modify your account information. To do so, simply log in to your MyAM account, where you will be able to modify your details. To delete your Arya Mehr account, please contact our Data Protection Officer at info@aryamehr.co.uk

Hediyeh

What is Art of Hediyeh?

At Arya Mehr, the concept of "Hediyeh" holds a special place and is regarded as a symbol of love, respect, and appreciation. In this rich and ancient tradition, gifts are not merely material objects but are seen as bearers of deep emotions and heartfelt sentiments.

These offerings, often wrapped in elegance and grace, serve to strengthen bonds, convey gratitude, and honour cherished relationships. The act of giving and receiving "Hediyeh" in Persian culture is a refined art, reflecting the timeless values of generosity and the beauty of human connection.

How can I ensure that my gift will arrive on time?

The Khaneh proposes different delivery options, based on the recipient's address. You will see which services are available to you during the checkout process, when you enter the delivery postcode. Lead time can vary from 1 to 3 business days (provided that the product is available in stock). 

You will also have visibility on your order status directly from your MyAM account. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive the tracking link by email to follow up on your order's location.

I would like my gift to be a surprise. Will the courier notify the recipient of its arrival in advance?

If you wish your gift to be a surprise, please enter your own telephone number and email at checkout. The telephone number entered at that point will receive SMS delivery notifications from the courier.

Please note that if you have opted for the concierge service, the SMS may also come with a QR code, which will be requested as identification when the gift is delivered. In this case, it will not be a surprise, as we would recommend that you share the QR code directly with the recipient prior to the delivery.

If you enter the gift recipient's telephone number, the recipient will be notified of the delivery date and time. Further, the message will indicate that it originates with Arya Mehr.

What is included inside a Arya Mehr gift box?

All Arya Mehr online orders are delivered in the Khaneh's emblematic gift box. A shopping bag may also be added for a wide range of items.

Arya Mehr's signature packaging is inspired by the Khaneh's roots: the "Persian Green" colour evokes long voyages to distant lands.

Issued from sustainable, FSC-certified forests and including 40% of recycled fiber, our boxes fold flat to facilitate transport, thus significantly reducing their carbon footprint.

Inside the box there will always be a gift receipt that does not indicate the price of the item, as well as a personalised message (if one was added at checkout), and a small blank card attached to the box for an additional handwritten message. A document indicating the return and exchange policy and instructions is also included.

Repairs

How can I repair my Arya Mehr product?

You can request a repair on the AM website. Your item will be sent to our Kargah and shipped back to your home address.

Is it possible to buy Arya Mehr spare parts?

We do not sell Arya Mehr spare parts for individual purchase.

Our Care Experts would be pleased to assist you with a repair request: you can request a repair on the AM website.

How much do repairs through the AM website cost?

Repair costs vary depending on the item and the nature of repair needed. 

Our Care Experts provide an estimate first before proceeding with any repair, allowing you to decide if you wish to accept and continue with repair or not. Once your item is received in our Kargah, occasionally a second estimate will be required with a re-estimation of cost before going ahead.
