Where are Arya Mehr products manufactured?
The Arya Mehr leather goods collections are exclusively produced in our workshops located in France, Spain, Italy and the United States.
Manufacturing of our footwear and ready-to-wear collections takes place in France and Italy. Our sunglasses are exclusively made in France and Italy.
In all our workshops, the choice of the finest materials, the experience of our craftsmen and the extreme care devoted to each phase of the manufacturing of our items perpetuate and renew our tradition of excellence and refinement.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We are pleased to offer complimentary next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm with Timeslot Concierge Delivery and UPS Express for all UK postcodes except Isles and the Highlands, subject to availability.
Exceptions:
• Orders arriving from regional warehouses and with products in backorder can experience longer delivery times
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery of your item!
Returns and exchanges for items purchased online from the website can be made online
All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on.
Refunds:
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the receipt of your item(s). Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.
Exceptions:
No returns and exchanges are accepted for personalised items.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All transactions are secured. The Arya Mehr website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Arya Mehr does not keep any credit card information.

Will I be affected by customs costs?
There are no customs costs. We continue to offer complimentary delivery and returns.
What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, visit the My Orders tab in your MyAM account, where one of the following statuses will be displayed:
Order Status:
• Submitted: your order was submitted successfully, but it has not yet been accepted
• Pending order validation: your order is currently under review
• Order in preparation: your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch
• Shipped: your order has been shipped and is on its way to your specified delivery address
Please note you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is submitted. If your order is then accepted, the next e-mail you will receive will contain your shipping information.
